​Lisa M. Fletcher is dedicated to outstanding and zealous client advocacy. She is impelled by duty and personal conviction to protect the civil rights of all aggrieved persons. Knowing that she stands on the shoulders of those freedom fighters that came before her, Ms. Fletcher is devoted and committed to eradicating the vestiges of unlawful discrimination.

Ms. Fletcher was born and raised in Los Angeles California. Ms. Fletcher attended the University of California, Berkeley. She graduated cum laude, earning two Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and African American Studies. After graduating from U.C. Berkeley Ms. Fletcher earned her juris doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, cum laude. While matriculating at the University of Miami, Ms. Fletcher was a member of the prestigious Moot Court Board and served as a member of the University's National Moot Court Team.

Ms. Fletcher began her legal career in 1997 in Miami, Florida. Her first firm, Lisa Fletcher-Kemp P.A., was a boutique employment litigation firm. The firm initially focused on harassment and retaliation claims filed pursuant to the Florida Civil Rights Act and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended.

​As the firm grew, Ms. Fletcher expanded her practice to include catastrophic injury, unfair and deceptive trade practices, commercial landlord/tenant, real property, entertainment and health law.
​
​Ms. Fletcher operated Fletcher-Kemp P.A. until 2004 when she joined Brown, Garganese, Weiss and D'Agresta, P.A, an AV rated civil law firm in Orlando Florida, as an associate.

​After returning to California, Ms. Fletcher reentered private practice. Now in the State's capital, Ms. Fletcher continues practicing in these areas: civil rights, employment discrimination, health and personal injury.
